- Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
- Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column (Child Meals Include)
- Child 5 -10 yrs with extra bed as mention in cost column (Child Meals And Bed Include)
- Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room (Charge Extra Bed With Meals)
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.
Important Note’s:
- Hotel checks in & check out time is 12 noon.
- Base category of rooms in all hotels.
- Hotels are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to revise the cost.
- Above quotation and Rooms availability are subject to change.
- We are not holding any confirmation for the above quotation.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, accident, delay, breakdown or irregularly, which may occur due to “force majeure”.
- No Cars are allowed to move inside Gulmarg area, due to issue of horse owner’s association.
- We are not responsible for any local dealing of client with Local market vendors or pony wala’s or Local guide in Gulmarg.
- Advice your client to traveler as per itinerary and last day we count as drop only, if client do any sightseen on last day it will be extra.
- If it is about disposal, car will be on disposal from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm with 1 place sightseen.
- If there is night stay in Gulmarg then car will drop client at Hotel and if there is a day trip the car will drop the client at parking.
Kindly Note:
- Clients / Guests have to make direct payment for the below sightseeing points.
- In Pahalgam : Horse Riding, Chandanwari ,Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Baisaran Valley
- In Gulmarg : Horse Riding, Gongola Ride, Zorbing or any other sports activity.
- In Sonamarg : Thajwass Glacier, Horse Riding & Zero Point.
- Guests can book the taxi/ ponies / gondolas at the particular place.
- Cancellation in written and it would be effectual the day we receive the request. The following cancellation charges would apply.
Refund Policy
- If Clients Paid Full PKG Amount 50% of the advance is refunded for cancellation 30 days former the arrival.
- If Paid Full PKG Amount 25% of the advance is refunded for cancellation between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival.
- No refund is available for cancellation 1 to 15 day’s former the arrival.
- Package Minimum Advance amount 2100 Not Refundable.
- We Refund The Payment The Same Way As Clients Pay Us.
- We Refund the payment after cancellation according following Process Above.
- Flight Tickets Amount Refund Depend Upon Airlines Ticketing Policies.
Heli Tickets Refund According Heli Tickets Managed Government Portal Policies.
