Refund Policy

Kausalya Trip India offers a fair refund policy that takes into account both the costs of running the business and the needs of travelers. You will get half of your deposit back if you cancel 30 days before you arrive. If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days before it starts, you'll get back 25% of the money you paid in advance. If you cancel less than a week before your arrival, you won't get a refund because your reservations would have been made. n is not refundable under any circumstances because it is needed to hold the first reservations. We refund the passenger's money in the same manner as they paid for their trip. The company makes everything clear and simple. Customers don't have to wait long to receive their money back; they get it back within a week of getting the cancellation confirmation. But remember that you can't get a refund for tickets to flights, trains, the Palace on Wheels, or other luxury trains because their cancellation policies are so severe. If you cancel at the last minute because of a natural calamity, a traffic jam, or something else that the operator can't handle, you won't get a refund either. These rules ensure equitable treatment for all participants and a seamless pilgrimage experience. Travelers should prepare carefully and double-check their dates before making a reservation. This will help them get the most out of their trip and their spiritual journey.

Cancellation Timeline:

●      If you cancel more than 30 days before you leave, you will get half of your deposit back.

●      25% of the deposit will be refunded 15–30 days before travel.

●      There will be no refund if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before travel.


Non-Refundable Items:
Flights, trains, or luxury trains that you reserve in advance are not refundable.

Natural Contingencies:
If you have to cancel because of bad weather, a natural disaster, or a traffic bottleneck, you won't get a refund.

Refund Process:
Within seven days after confirmation, refunds are made using the same payment method. This makes things clear and quick for pilgrims.

Haridwar - Barkot (179 km/06-07 hrs drive)
Haridwar > Rishikesh > mussoorie > Barkot

Covering a journey of 179 kilometres in 6 to 7 hours you will be reaching Barkot by the evening overnight stay at Barkot with lovely dinner.

Barkot - Yamunotri -Barkot (34 km drive & 6 km trek one side)
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Surya Kund > Yamunotri Darshan

Barkot to Jankichatti is a total 34 kilometres long journey and then a trek of 6 kilometres to reach Yamunotri. After prayers and darshan will do the same return journey and overnight stay at Barkot.

Barkot - Uttarkashi (104 km/03 hrs drive)
Shiv Gufa > vishwanath Temple > Shopping

Early morning on the third day we start for Uttarkashi. On the way visit to Viswanath temple and night stay and Uttarkashi.

Overnight stay in Maneri/Uttarkashi.

Gangnani > Harsil Valley > Bhairav Temple > Gangotri Temple

Uttarkashi to Gangnani to Gangotri to Uttarkashi is a total round way trip that you will complete on the 4th day. The holiest river source is what you visit with her shine where you pray. Back to Uttarkashi in the evening for overnight stay for a relaxed journey next day.

Morning breakfast and yatra start to reach Ukhimath/Guptkashi. On the way, you can visit ArdhNareshwar Temple. Travelers will reach their destinations by evening. During leisure time, get some rest as you have to start your journey for Kedarnath trekking the next day.

Early morning we will drive for 2 hours covering 30 kilometres for Gorikund the last car accessible road for Kedarnath. From here we will trek for 20 kilometres to reach Kedarnath. Overnight stay at kedarnath.

Early morning wake up and bathe to visit the temple at 4:45 am for Abhishek worship to Lord Shiva. After the holy 'Pooja', you come out from the temple and prepare to trek back down. Return to your camps, lodges, or hotels according to your booking arrangements.
