Online Booking: Booking process with Kausalya Trip India, is simple and convenient for anyone. You can visit our packages online through our websites. After you booking the package, you will get written confirmation from our end. 

Booking Amount:
To confirm you’re booking with Kausalya Trip India, is easy with only an amount of ₹2,100 per person you can get a confirmation of package booking with us. This confirmation allows us to go ahead with all the other bookings like hotel, transport and other travel arrangements. 

Balance Payment: 
For the balance payment our system is as follows, 
•  Once your ticket booking, hotel booking and other bookings are confirmed you need to pay 50% of the package fee. 
•  Rest 50% is to be paid the night before your arrival through travellers’ cheque or bank transfer.
•  Total airfare for the package has to be paid in advance and your air ticket booking will be done on receiving the payment from your end. Once air tickets are booked you will be provided with confirmed tickets. 
•  Our official bank account details are as follows,
•  Payments: All payments are to be paid in behalf of Kausalya Trip India Pvt. Ltd. 

Cancellation & Advance Payment Policy

•  If the booking is cancelled by the guest, the advance booking amount is non-refundable.
•  However, the advance amount can be adjusted against any future trip booked with Kausalya Trip India, subject to prior approval and availability.
•  The adjusted amount can be used for a future booking within the validity period specified by the company.
•  Any difference in package cost, taxes, or applicable charges will be payable at the time of the new booking
•  Balance payment due date 
•  Booking confirmation voucher 

Payment Policy

How to Pay:
•  For domestic travelers 
1. By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
2. By Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
3. By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card)
4. By Online Payment Gateway system through Amex, Visa & Master Card

By Debit Card.
•  Outside of country travelers
1. By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)

2. By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card)

3. By Online Payment Gateway system through AMEX, Visa & Master Card.

By Debit card.
•  If you pay through credit card and the bank charges of 3% is taken extra then it would be on the customer and will be added with the total package amount. 
•  All the payments done should be without any withholding of tax and any deduction. 
•  If any bank charges or any other kind of remittance is done then it should be strictly paid by the travelers. 

Hotel Policy

Chek in and check out policy:
•  Check in timing – 1200 to 1500 hours.
•  Early arrival does not guarantee rather will depend on subject to availability. 
•  Check out timings: 1000 to 1200 hours
•  Late check out will be subject to availability. 

Room availability:

Availability of Rooms will depend on availability. As also any request for same floor, consequent rooms or any special room will not be entertained. 

Kausalya Trip India will inform your regarding the blackout dates for the region you are booking the trip before the booking is done. And during those days we will strictly follow the hotel rules.

Extra bed policy

For any requirement of extra bed or mattress the charges will be applicable as per the hotel policies. 
•  Child policy:
•  Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
•  Above 10 years extra charges for meals and bed will be needed as per hotel policy • 
•  Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

Transportation Policy

Travelers will have to follow the timings as per provided in the itinerary. The rules for the drivers. Any route change due to emergency will be informed to the travelers early. If there is any waiting charge happening due to your own timing then that will have to be borne by the traveler. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade the vehicle then that has to be informed before the trip as no such request will be entertained during the trip. 

Flight & Train Policy

Travelers will have to follow the schedule changes done as per the Railway policy r airline policy. As also we will not be held responsible for any delay happening in airline flights or trains.  For cancellations and missed departures we will not be held responsible and in such cases, refund will be done as per the railway or airline policy. During the travel your own baggage is your own responsibility. 

Tour Package Inclusions

all packages include Hotels, Meals, Transfers from one destination to other, Sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary, Taxes that are mentioned during the package booking time.  

Tour Package Exclusions

All the packages are excluding Airfare/Train fare, Personal expenses, Entry tickets to amusement parks or temples or any such destination, Pony/Palki that you might book to avoid trekking, travel insurance or any tip that you give and fees taken by authorities of the monuments or temples for carrying camera inside. 

Passport & Visa Policy
Providing us the right passport details is a customer responsibility as also visa approval disclaimer. The passport provided should be valid. 

Travel Insurance

As per Insurance recommendation we will suggest you to go for an insurance that has medical cover as also trip cancellation cover. 

Medical & Fitness Policy

We believe that for travelling to any destination your fitness is must. Still, some of the travel plans like the CharDham or the Gaumukh trek or even high-altitude places like North East you need to have proper fitness and hence consulting a doctor before booking such packages is always suggested. For senior citizens we believe in fitness and not on age still believe consulting a doctor before booking the package is a must. For those who are booking trips where high altitude is attached it is requested that if you have any breathing issues or Hight related diseases like vertigo then consider talking to a doctor before booking the package. 

Force Majeure

Kausalya Trip India shall not be responsible for any delay or change in the program occurring dur to loss injury or damage directly or indirectly due to natural hazards or flight cancellation or accident or breakdown of transport sickness or any landslide or any political reason. Even we are not to be held responsible for any God’s perils like the floods, earthquake or fire or any such action. 
Kausalya Trip India is not responsible for liability towards the legal responsibilities for the legal representatives for any loss of property or damage resulting from death or injury caused to client due to the transportation or any other services. 
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

Itinerary Changes

Due to weather condition or regional reasons then the itinerary may be changed. We will try completely to inform you regarding the change when they are made. 
We will make proper efforts not to change your itinerary and make your trips get completed successfully without change but if any change happens dud tee to any serious issue, then surely, we will not be liable for the same. 

Pricing Policy

•  After the finalization of the trip if the vehicles need to pay any extra charges for the tax or fuel cost due to increase in the same that would be charged extra. 
•  If there is an increase in fuel surcharge then the charges will be increased. 
•  If there is a tax revision from the date of booking then surely that will be charged extra. 
•  Note the refund on foreign exchange will depend on the rate of exchange price. We exchange the Indian rupee received from you and exchange them to foreign currency depending on the rate that is on that very date. In the same way the day you cancel the trip we sell the foreign exchange money on the rate that is on the very date. So, we will pay you what we receive on that very date. 

Hotel Blackout Dates

“Blackout Dates” are dates on which promotional offers or discounted rates and special packages are not applicable. This might be due to high demands or holidays or major local events. 

During blackout dates:

•  Promotional room rates may not be available. 
•  Standard room rates of the year may vary. 
•  Standard or promotional room rates may not be available.
•  Hotel tariffs may increase without prior notice.
•  Rooms are subject to availability.
•  Minimum night stay requirements may apply at selected hotels.
•  Cancellation and modification policies may differ from regular bookings.
•  Early booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred hotel and room category.

Kausalya Trip India will inform your regarding the blackout dates for the region you are booking the trip before the booking is done. 

Customer Responsibilities
As a responsibility of a customer one traveler must provide us Valid ID proof. As also they might go for timely reporting for all the days. All the travelers are requested to follow the local laws. For safety, security and seamless travel please follow the tour manager’s instructions strictly.

As one of the most committed travel companies we will provide you Confirmed services and ensure Support during travel and also handle and provide Emergency assistance carefully. 

Liability Disclaimer
We do have liability for any Delays, Weather conditions, Road closures or problem in airline or train like any third-party services. We suggest to take care of your baggage yourself as also loos of baggage is not our responsibility. 

 Privacy Policy
Personal information usage: Personal information provided by the travelers will not be misused in any case. And we hold all the responsibility for data security. And this can only be used for marketing communication via mail or SMS but if the customer does not want to then can easily stop the same.

Kausalya Trip India reserves the right and Copyright of the website and considers it to be their intellectual property and does restrict any content of this website usage by others. 

International Tour Conditions

There are some specific requests for an international traveller that we request you to read before booking the package, 
Passport and Visa: 
•  Every traveller booking the package must possess a passport that is valid for at least 6months. 
•  It is the responsibility of the traveller to provide accurate documents that are needed for visa processing.
•  Visa approval is solely the decision of respective Embassy. We do not take any responsibility of the same. And for any rejection in VISA, we will not be the one hold responsible. 
•   VISA fees are non refundable irrespective to the fact that it has been approved or rejected. 
•  The clearance in immigration depends on authorities of destination country and it is not depended on us. 
•  For international travelling go for an insurance cover that has full coverage of medical emergency, trip cancellation, baggage loss. 
•  The company is not responsible for claims that is the sole responsibility of the insurance providers. 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Kausalya Trip India strictly abide by the Indian Law and agree to the event or difference between parties of the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest on the tribunal of Delhi only.
