Children Policy
• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed meals cost important to pay.
• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room (Charge Extra Bed With Meals)
• Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.
Note:-
• Base category of rooms in all hotels.
• Hotels are subject to availability.
• Due to hills area and long journey morning starting time should be 8am last.
• Carry the normal winter cloth for Kedarnath Badrinath and Yamunotri.
• Carry the action shoes for Yatra.
• Carry the rain coat and medicine kit.
• Cash very important to use local services like Dolly Palky and horse.
• We are not holding any confirmation without advance to pay the company.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, accident, delay, breakdown or irregularly, which may occur due to “force majeure”.

• Regular Sanitize Vehicle by Driver.

• If you are joining Group Tour transport segment would available sharing basis. Vehicle will provide you according number of Pax.
• Kindly Not compared the hill hotels with plain places but we are much committed to give you best hotels the same areas.
• For All travellers prominent to Carried original Voter ID / Passport, Aadhar Card.
• For Booking Helicopter Tickets required information’s are Weight, Age, Name, and Adhaar Card.
• KTI Will provide you alternate similar hotel in the situations of overbooked the same dates.
Cancellation
Our company deeply regrets of the cancellation of the tour, however, there are several suitable reasons which might come in the way of the cancellation. All the clients are requested to report us about the cancellation in written and it would be effectual the day we receive the request. The following cancellation charges would apply.
Refund Policy
• If Clients Paid Full PKG Amount 50% of the advance is refunded for cancellation 30 days former the arrival.
• If Paid Full PKG Amount 25% of the advance is refunded for cancellation between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival.
• No refund is available for cancellation 1 to 15 day’s former the arrival.
• Package Minimum Advance amount 2100 Not Refundable.
• We Refund The Payment The Same Way As Clients Pay Us.
• We Refund the payment after cancellation according following Process Above.
• Flight Tickets Amount Refund Depend Upon Airlines Ticketing Policies.
• Heli Tickets Refund According Heli Tickets Managed Government Portal Policies.
