Refund Policy
Kausalya Trip India offers a fair refund policy that takes into account both the costs of running the business and the needs of travelers. You will get half of your deposit back if you cancel 30 days before you arrive. If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days before it starts, you'll get back 25% of the money you paid in advance. If you cancel less than a week before your arrival, you won't get a refund because your reservations would have been made. n is not refundable under any circumstances because it is needed to hold the first reservations. We refund the passenger's money in the same manner as they paid for their trip. The company makes everything clear and simple. Customers don't have to wait long to receive their money back; they get it back within a week of getting the cancellation confirmation. But remember that you can't get a refund for tickets to flights, trains, the Palace on Wheels, or other luxury trains because their cancellation policies are so severe. If you cancel at the last minute because of a natural calamity, a traffic jam, or something else that the operator can't handle, you won't get a refund either. These rules ensure equitable treatment for all participants and a seamless pilgrimage experience. Travelers should prepare carefully and double-check their dates before making a reservation. Cancellation Timeline:
● If you cancel more than 30 days before you leave, you will get half of your deposit back.
● 25% of the deposit will be refunded 15–30 days before travel.

Non-Refundable Items:

Natural Contingencies:

Itinerary
Take an overnight journey by train or a flight to Delhi. From Delhi you will be received by us and taken to Haridwar. By the evening you will reach Haridwar for a celestial beginning.
Haridwar > Rishikesh > Mussoorie > Barkot
Total Distance- 179 km, Time Taken: 6–7 hours
We will start our second day with healthy breakfast for Barkot. This will be start from where you will be able to visit your first Dham Yamunotri the sacred place where river Yamuna first touched the earth. We will reach Barkot around evening time. Check-in hotel and night stay at Barkot.
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Surya Kund > Yamunotri Darshan
Drive- 34 km, Trek: 12 km (round trip)
After a healthy breakfast we will start our magnetic journey for the First Dham Ymunotri. We will drive till Janki Chatti and then trek for 6kilometres to Yamunotri the source for River Yamuna. You will pray to ma Yamuna and the sacred rock nearby and cook prasad in Tapt Kund. By evening we will back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Shiv Gufa > Vishwanath Temple > Shopping
Total distance covered: 104 kilometres, Time taken: 03 hours by drive
We will have a vigorous breakfast at heartening hotel and start for Uttarkashi. On the way we will explore Viswanath Temple. Also, Shiv Gufa will be a great choice to visit. We will reach at Uttarkashi by the evening. Check in the hotel leisure time and healthy dinner concluding the day with overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

TehriDam > Ardh Nareshwar Temple
Total distance covered: 214 kilometres, time taken: 07 to 08 hours
Reveille breakfast to start our trip for Guptakashi. We will see Majestic Tehri Dam, Ardh Nareswhar Temple on the go. Overnight break at Guptakashi. In the whole trip for the day Mandakini River will be your chaperon flowing by the side.
Sonprayag > Gorikund > Trekking
Total distance covered: 30 km Time Taken: 02 hrs + 20 km trek
This day will be a extended one with a 30 kilometres drive to reach Sonprayag and then trek for 20 kilometres to reach Swayambhu or self-existent abode of Lord Shiva. Here he is in the shape of a hump that is self-created and not curated by humans. Overnight stay at Kedarnath to end the day.
Gorikund > Sonprayag > Ardhnareshwar Temple
Total distance covered: 20 km trekking +30 km drive - 02 hrs
Daybreak Darshan and prayer of Lord Shiva will start the day. After prayers at morning 5 am we will start our return journey for Gptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.
Joshimath > Narsimha Temple
Total distance covered: 186 km Time Taken: 07-08 hrs drive
The last of the Char Dham is to come for you. Badrinath. Today we will twitch for a long drive to Badrinath. On the way exploration Narshima Temple and Mana Village. In Badrinath Dham you will see Mata Murti, Charanpaduka and Vyas Gufa. Overnight stay Badrinath.
Vishnuprayag > Auli > Tapovan > karanprayag > Dhari Devi Temple
Total distance covered: 150 kilometres Time taken- 5 to 6 hours
On the 10th day we will start our reappearance journey from Bdrinath/ Pandukeswar. The journey will be of mixed emotions. We will reach Srinagar by the evening. Overnight stay at Srinagar. With satisfying night stay and ease, we will start our next day.
Devprayag > RamJhula > Laxman Jhula > Ganga Arti
On 11th Day we start for Haridwar from where it all happening. On the way Chandi Devi Mandir, Manasa Devi Temple will be seen. In the evening enjoy the Ganga Arti. Overnight Stay at Haridwar.
On the last day we will take you to Delhi and drop you at your anticipated location be it airport or Railway Station and bid bye from where you will reach Bhopal after overnight journey. We are sure your journey must have been so unforgettable that you will come back with us again and again.
