Refund Policy
Kausalya Trip India offers a fair refund policy that takes into account both the costs of running the business and the needs of travelers. You will get half of your deposit back if you cancel 30 days before you arrive. If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days before it starts, you'll get back 25% of the money you paid in advance. If you cancel less than a week before your arrival, you won't get a refund because your reservations would have been made. n is not refundable under any circumstances because it is needed to hold the first reservations. We refund the passenger's money in the same manner as they paid for their trip. The company makes everything clear and simple. Customers don't have to wait long to receive their money back; they get it back within a week of getting the cancellation confirmation. But remember that you can't get a refund for tickets to flights, trains, the Palace on Wheels, or other luxury trains because their cancellation policies are so severe. If you cancel at the last minute because of a natural calamity, a traffic jam, or something else that the operator can't handle, you won't get a refund either. These rules ensure equitable treatment for all participants and a seamless pilgrimage experience. Travelers should prepare carefully and double-check their dates before making a reservation. This will help them get the most out of their trip and their spiritual journey.
Cancellation Timeline:
● If you cancel more than 30 days before you leave, you will get half of your deposit back.
● 25% of the deposit will be refunded 15–30 days before travel.

Non-Refundable Items:

Natural Contingencies:
If you have to cancel because of bad weather, a natural disaster, or a traffic bottleneck, you won't get a refund.

Your sacred journey begins as you depart from Jaipur to Delhi. As you embark on your journey, you will have a few hours in the capital city Delhi, where you can enjoy the delicious north indian meals with the historic view of India Gate or Qutab Minar. As you move forward from Delhi to Haridwar, you will be welcomed by the clean and crisp air where River Ganges welcomes you. In every corner you will witness prayer flags, chants and illuminated earthen lamps. When in haridwar do visit some ancient iconic templesL Chandi Devi Temple, Mansa Devi Temple and Daksh Mahadev Temple. In particular , evenings have a great charm here, witness the world famous Ganga Art at Har Ki Pauri. Enjoy satvik meals at Haridwar and overnight stay at haridwar.

Today is going to be the official first visit to one of the Dhams on Char Dham Circuit. You will be driven to Janki Chatti followed by a serene trek to Yamunotri temple. The entire atmosphere is quite devotional. As the roads unwind, the devotees can witness the pristine flowing streams, prayer flags and a lot of other devotees chanting rhythmically. This is quite a devotional atmosphere for you to immerse yourself deeply. Visit surya kund and offer prayers, you will also witness that devotees prepare the prasad in the natural hot spring. This sight is truly moving, full of faith and tradition. After your visit, you will be driven back to Barkot for overnight stay and your dinner.
Shiv Gufa> Vishwanath Temple> Shopping
At the break of dawn, after a refreshing breakfast we will move towards a peaceful town of Uttrakashi, nestled along with river Bhagirathi. Devotees can also visit Vishwanath temple and Shiva Gufa. experience the serenity and the immense power of spirituality aligning with your heart and mind set. Here evenings are calmer and devotees have enough time for self reflection. Overnight stay in Uttrakashi and relish yourself with temple cooked meals. Rest for the night.
Gangnani> Harsil Valley> Bhairav temple> Gangotri Temple

Tehri Dam> Ardh Nareshwar Temple
After the morning breakfast, devotees will be embarking a long journey to Guptkashi. Along the way, devotees will witness the beautiful Tehri Dam, many temples on the way. You can take a short pit stop to get some panoramic views of Tehri dam, and a strong symbol of human resilience in mother nature. Guptkashi, holds a strong significance as it is the sacred base of Kedarnath. Guptkashi, holds a very high spiritual value as it is the way of abode of lord Shiva.

Sonprayag> Gorikund> Trekking
Today is the day, which will be most memorable as you trek towards Kedarnath. First you will be driven towards Sonprayag, which is the base for the trek that leads to Kedarnath. Every step feels like an offering to the holiness. Starting from the snow clad himalayan peaks to the rhythmic chants of “Har Har Mahadev” is a sight to behold, quite emotional as well. The entire environment is filled with holiness, a sense of calmness, prayer and stillness. Overnight stay near Kedarnath, included meals and get enough rest before the dawn breaks.
Gorikund> Sonprayag> Ardhnareshwar Temple
This morning is going to be one of the best mornings in your entire life. Devotees begin the day with early morning Darshan to Kedarnath Jyotirlinga. Today the journey towards Badrinath will begin, early in the morning. You will be witnessing the famous Josimath. A town filled with cultural and spiritual history and importance. As the journey continues, the spiritual sense strengthens more as the completion nears. The landscapes also change dramatically, enjoy every moment. By evening you will reach Badrinath. Vishnuprayag> Auli> Tapovan> Karanprayag> Dhari Devi Temple
Begin your day with a sacred dip in Tapt Kund, its natural hot spring believed to purify not only the body but also the soul. Even though after this Darshan your spiritual trip might be coming to an end, it will be a sense of fulfillment for a lifetime. Offer your prayers, have some time for self-contemplation. After that start descending towards the srinagar, while returning make sure to visit Vishnuprayag, and Dhara Devi temple. Witness the small mountains while you sip hot tea with local sweets. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Devprayag> RamJhula> Laxman Jhula> Ganga Arti
While returning. Make sure to visit Devprayag, a holy confluence where Alaknanda and Baghirathi come together as one. Have a pit stop at Ram and Laxman Jhula.
Ganga Aarti at Haridwar:
In the evening, finish the day with the Har Ki Pauri Ganga Aarti. Thousands of people gather together to pray, light diyas, and observe the flowing river illuminated by devotional chants, which makes the place feel holy.
