It's possible to buy travel insurance by itself if you don't need it. Pilgrims are advised to get insurance in case of delays or other issues
You can fly to Kedarnath from Guptkashi or a nearby airport. This makes the hike easier and faster for older people or tourists who just want to get there faster.
The Yamunotri walk includes approximately 6–7 km of uphill terrain, but it is manageable for most people. People who want to go on a pilgrimage can walk, rent a pony, or ask staff to help them. You should have the right shoes on and be very excited.
Yes, you can stop to look around and take pictures in beautiful valleys, rivers, mountain views, and towns like Devprayag, Joshimath, and Mana Village that are important to the culture.

Yes, travel companies can change the schedule based on availability, speed, starting spot, and specific places. This could, however, affect how well all four Dham sites are covered.
Every night in Haridwar, there is a Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Along the ghats, pilgrims can either take part in this very spiritual ceremony or just watch it.
Pilgrims should do some light cardio, go hiking, and work out before the Yatra to get their bodies used to the high altitude. It's best to stay safe on trips by drinking lots of water, wearing shoes that fit well, and stopping every so often.
