Refund Policy
Kausalya Trip India offers a fair refund policy that takes into account both the costs of running the business and the needs of travelers. You will get half of your deposit back if you cancel 30 days before you arrive. If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days before it starts, you'll get back 25% of the money you paid in advance. If you cancel less than a week before your arrival, you won't get a refund because your reservations would have been made. n is not refundable under any circumstances because it is needed to hold the first reservations. We refund the passenger's money in the same manner as they paid for their trip. The company makes everything clear and simple. Customers don't have to wait long to receive their money back; they get it back within a week of getting the cancellation confirmation. But remember that you can't get a refund for tickets to flights, trains, the Palace on Wheels, or other luxury trains because their cancellation policies are so severe. If you cancel at the last minute because of a natural calamity, a traffic jam, or something else that the operator can't handle, you won't get a refund either. These rules ensure equitable treatment for all participants and a seamless pilgrimage experience. Travelers should prepare carefully and double-check their dates before making a reservation. Cancellation Timeline:
● If you cancel more than 30 days before you leave, you will get half of your deposit back.
● 25% of the deposit will be refunded 15–30 days before travel.
● There will be no refund if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before travel.
Non-Refundable Items:
Flights, trains, or luxury trains that you reserve in advance are not refundable.
Natural Contingencies:
If you have to cancel because of bad weather, a natural disaster, or a traffic bottleneck, you won't get a refund.
Refund Process:

Itinerary
Haridwar > Rishikesh > Mussoorie > Barkot
Total Distance- 179 km, Time Taken: 6–7 hours
We will start for Barkot after receiving you from Haridwar. We will reach Barkot by the evening. It’s your first stop before first Dham Yamunotri. Check in hotel at Barkot, overnight stay at Barkot with relishing dinner.
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Yamunotri Darshan
Drive- 34 km, Trek: 12 km (round trip)
On the second day we will cover the first Dham that is Yamunotri dedicated to Maa Yamuna. We will drive to Janki chatti and then take the trekking trip to Yamunotri. You will also cook prasad at the Tapt Kund nearby. We will back to Barkot by evening. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Shiv Gufa > Vishwanath Temple > Shopping
Total distance covered: 104 kilometres, Time taken: 03 hours by drive
Leaving the aura of Yamunotri in heart we will start for our second Dham that is Gangotri. For that today we will drive for Uttarkashi. It is will be a 3 hours drive. overnight stay here.
Gangnani > Harsil Valley > Bhairav temple > Gangotri Temple
Total distance covered: 84 kilometres, Time taken: 02 hours each side
Today we will go for Gangotri, a Dham dedicated to Ganga River. You will reach there after a drive and then pray and get blessings before we come back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Tehri Dam > Ardh Nareshwar Temple
Total distance covered: 214 kilometres, time taken: 07 to 08 hours
We leave Uttarkashi and drive till Guptakashi today. This is on route to the journey towards Kedarnath a Dham of Lord Shiva. We will reach Guptakashi by evening and overnight stay at Guptakashi.
Sonprayag > Gorikund > Trekking
Total distance covered: 30 km Time Taken: 02 hrs + 20 km trek
It will be a day full of thrills. The journey will include car drive and trekking. The trekking will take you to ultimate Kedarnath. The Dham that has the power to heal your sins. We will pray and request you to sleep early as you need to wakeup early for morning prayers.
Gorikund > Sonprayag > Ardhnareshwar Temple
Total distance covered: 20 km trekking +30 km drive - 02 hrs
We will pray early morning and this is the time during which you will be able to touch the idol. This is the time when you will be able to get the divine blessings. After the darshan and prayers will trek back to Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.
Joshimath > Narshima Temple
Total distance covered: 186 km Time Taken: 07-08 hrs drive
We will leave Guptakashi early morning to reach Badrinath the last Dham. The Dham is obviously the one that will transform you completely. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Vishnuprayag > Auli > Tapovan > karanprayag > Dhari Devi Temple
Total distance covered: 150 kilometres Time taken- 5 to 6 hours
The divine darshan of Badrinath will start your day. Lord Vishnu is wating to bless you with joy and happiness. The aura here is totally different. The blessings are immense here. By the evening, we will reach Srinagar, overnight stay at Srinagar with heartfelt dinner.
Devprayag > RamJhula > Laxman Jhula > Ganga Arti
We will reach Hardwar today via Rishikesh and on the way visiting Viswanath Temple. At the evening you will be able to enjoy the Ganga Arti at Har Ki Pauri Ghat. Then we will drop you with heavy heart at your desired bus station or railway station
