Process to Book Tour Packages with us
We have kept our booking process totally smooth, easy, convenient and transparent so that you don’t have any confusion. Booking with us means enjoying out to trip without any tension or hazard. Here goes the process of booking,
• Once you decide to book the finest travel packages with us you need to confirm you’re booking by an advance 2100 per person of the total amount.
• Once ticket booking, hotel booking and other required confirmations are done, you need to pay 50% of the package fee.
• Rest 50% of the total package is to be paid through traveller’s cheque upon your arrival in India or through bank transfer for the night before you arrive.
• The total airfare or train fare has to be given in advance. On receiving the booking amount our representatives will book your tickets and confirm tickets will be provided to you.
• This can be done directly to our bank account via Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer whichever is favourable for you directly to our official bank account. A copy of payment confirmation will be provided to you.

Amendment
Any alterations in the travel arrangement are never encouraged by us. Though in unavoidable circumstances if you are demanding any alteration, then we will try our best to grasp changes. This will totally depend on accessibility and condition of that time frame. The passengers need to bear the extra cost occurring due to the changes made as per their requirement.
Cancellation of Package: Our company is in deep regret for any cancellation of the trip which might have occurred due to unavoidable circumstances making you miss your much awaited holiday moments. All our clients are requested to let us know about the cancellation in written to maintain transparency. Once we receive your cancellation request it will be in affect from that moment. However, some cancellation charges are applicable in such condition,
• 50% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• 25% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled between 30 to 15 prior to arrival date.
• No refund id possible if cancellation is done within 7 days prior to arrival date.
• No refund for air fares is given.
• For luxury trains like “Place on wheels” or other such ones no refund will be provided.
• All the eligible refunds will be done within 7workinds days from the date of cancellation request received.
• The refund process is the same followed by the travel while paying us which might be Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer

Mansa Devi Temple > Chandi Devi Temple > Daksh Mahadev Temple > Ganga Arti
Total distance covered – 230 kms, Time taken: 07 to 08 hours
We start from Delhi as per your booking. Then take you directly to Haridwar, the Gateway to God. The city has its own charm. We reach there by the evening. You can enjoy Ganga Arti at the Har Kir Pauri Ghat. Check in the hotel for overnight stay after a refreshing dinner.
Haridwar > Rishikesh > Mussoorie > Barkot
Distance -199 kilometres, Travel Time 5 to 6 hours
On Second day your travel for the Char Dham Circuit will start. The journey will take you to Barkot. In the evening, we will reach Barkot. Check in the hotel and then have healthy dinner. Take rest at night so visit Yamunotri on the nest day.
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Yamunotri Darshan
Drive- 100 kilometres round trip, Trek: 12 km (round trip)
On the third day you will visit Yamunotri the First Dham in the Char Dham yatra. You will have to trek for around 6 kilometres to reach Yamunnotri. You will pay in the temple and the Pavitra Shila as also cook prasad in the Tapt Kund. Then will come back to Barkot and overnight stay at Barkot.
Shiv Gufa > Vishwanath Temple > Shopping
Total distance covered: 100 kilometres, Time Taken: 4 hours
After healthy breakfast journey starts for Uttarkashi the spiritual town in Garhwal Himalaya on the banks of river Bhagirathi. Rest and leisure in the comfort of the hotel for that day. On the way sightseeing Viswanath temple and Shiv Gufa. Have dinner for dietary needs and end the day with fulfilling sleep.
Gangnani > Harsil Valley > Bhairav temple > Gangotri Temple
Total distance covered – 84 kilometres Time taken: o2 hours each side
With a nourishing and interesting breakfast, we will restart our journey to Gangotri, one of the foremost pilgrimage termini containing the origin of the Holy River Ganga, Called Bhagirathi here. You will visit Gangotri Temple here as also will reconnoitre the flora and fauna of Himalayas the raw natural beauty. will be back to the hotel of Gangotri by evening, have healthy dinner and take rest to start journey again tomorrow.
Tehri Dam > Ardh Nareshwar Temple
Tota distance covered: 214 kilometres, Time taken: 07 - 08 hours’ drive
Now we will start from the abode of lord Shiv, divine Kedarnath. The ride will be up to Guptakashi. Till this we will go by Car. By the evening, we will reach Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi for a stimulating for the next day’s journey.
Sonprayag > Gorikund > Trekking
Total distance covered: 30 kilometres Time taken: 02 hrs drive then 20 kms trekking
We will start early from Guptakashi. Then reach Sitapur after a drive of 2 hours. Then jerk our trekking for the divine Kedarnath. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. After dinner we suggest you to sleep early as next day you need to wake up early.
Gorikund > Sonprayag > Trekking
Total distance covered: 20 kms trek then 30 kms drive time taken for drive: 02 hrs
We need to wake up at 4.45 am for morning Dashan and plea. This is the time when we will be able to touch the idol. We will then drive back to Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi have easing and stay for soothing sleep and encouraging warmth.
Joshimath > Narshima Temple
Total Distance Covered: 186 kilometres Time Taken: 06 - 07 hours’ drive
The day will start for the last Dham of the yatra. The journey will take 6 to 7 hours. We will reach Badrinath by the evening. Overnight stay at Badrinath. The next day we will go for the Darshan. On the way we will cover Joshimath and Narshima temple.
Vishnuprayag > Auli > Tapovan > karanprayag > Dhari Devi Temple
Total distance covered: 164 kilometres, Time Taken: 06 hrs drive
We will start our day with a visit and plea at the Badrinath Temple the abode of Lord Vishu. The journey to the world Bishu is calm quiet and happy and the aura that your intake is pure happy and flourishing. From here we will drive till Srinagar. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Devprayag > RamJhula > Laxman Jhula > Ganga Arti
Total distance covered: 137 kilometres Time taken: 04 - 05-hour drive
We will resume with a breakfast to reach Haridwar. On the way we will visit Ramjhula and Laxman Jhula. Enjoy the trip with the breathtaking view of Himalayas. Overnight stay at Haridwar.
Ganga Arti Darshan
Total distance covered: 230 kilometers Time taken- 07to 08 hours
This is the time to bid you good bye. We will drive till Delhi and drop in your desired location in Delhi with a wish that you visit with us again.
