What's Included

• Safe & Reliable Surface Transportation: Travel comfortably across the Yatra, in well-maintained vehicles such as Innova, Xylo, Tempo Traveller, or Mini Bus, depending on group size. All vehicles are driven by well experienced mountain drivers and they operate with valid All India Tourist Permit.
• (Please note: Air-conditioning is not permitted in hilly regions as per government safety norms.)

• Government Taxes & Service Charges: All applicable government taxes and service charges related to services are included.
What's Excluded
To help you plan better, here are the services and expenses not included in the package cost with complete clarity and no surprises.
• Goods & Services Tax (GST): A 5% GST is applicable on the total package amount and is payable separately.
• Airfare / Train Fare: Flights and train tickets to and from the starting or ending point of the tour are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Expenses Not Mentioned in Inclusions: Any service or cost not clearly listed under “What’s Included” will be treated as an extra expense.
• Surcharges (If Applicable): Any sudden fuel hikes, hotel surcharges, or government-imposed charges during peak season may be applicable.
• Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, beverages, liquor, boating, pony rides, palki services, or joy rides are not part of the package.
• Additional Sightseeing or Vehicle Usage: Extra sightseeing detours, or extended vehicle usage beyond the planned itinerary will be charged additionally.
• Monument & Temple Entry Fees: Entry fees for monuments, sightseeing spots, or special temple darshans (if applicable) are not included.
• Unforeseen Natural Conditions: Any additional cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, roadblocks, floods, or weather-related delays will be borne directly by the traveler.
• Room Heater Charges: Heater charges at hotels (if required) are payable directly at the property, as per hotel policy.
• Hotel Customization: Hotels can be upgraded or customized according to your preferences, subject to availability and price variation.

Process to Book Tour Packages with us
We have kept our booking process totally smooth, easy, convenient and transparent so that you don’t have any confusion. Booking with us means enjoying out to trip without any tension or hazard. Here goes the process of booking,
Once you decide to book the finest travel packages with us you need to confirm you’re booking by an advance 2100 per person of the total amount.
Once ticket booking, hotel booking and other required confirmations are done, you need to pay 50% of the package fee.
Rest 50% of the total package is to be paid through traveller’s cheque upon your arrival in India or through bank transfer for the night before you arrive.
The total airfare or train fare has to be given in advance. On receiving the booking amount our representatives will book your tickets and confirm tickets will be provided to you.
This can be done directly to our bank account via Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer whichever is favourable for you directly to our official bank account. A copy of payment confirmation will be provided to you.

Amendment
Any alterations in the travel arrangement are never encouraged by us. Though in unavoidable circumstances if you are demanding any alteration, then we will try our best to grasp changes. This will totally depend on accessibility and condition of that time frame. The passengers need to bear the extra cost occurring due to the changes made as per their requirement.
Cancellation of Package:
Our company is in deep regret for any cancellation of the trip which might have occurred due to unavoidable circumstances making you miss your much awaited holiday moments. All our clients are requested to let us know about the cancellation in written to maintain transparency. Once we receive your cancellation request it will be in affect from that moment. However, some cancellation charges are applicable in such condition,
• 50% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• 25% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled between 30 to 15 prior to arrival date.
• No refund id possible if cancellation is done within 7 days prior to arrival date.
• No refund for air fares is given.
• For luxury trains like “Place on wheels” or other such ones no refund will be provided.
• All the eligible refunds will be done within 7workinds days from the date of cancellation request received.
• The refund process is the same followed by the travel while paying us which might be Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer.
