Once you decide to book the finest travel packages with us you need to confirm you’re booking by an advance 2100 per person of the total amount.
Once ticket booking, hotel booking and other required confirmations are done, you need to pay 50% of the package fee.
Rest 50% of the total package is to be paid through traveller’s cheque upon your arrival in India or through bank transfer for the night before you arrive.
The total airfare or train fare has to be given in advance. On receiving the booking amount our representatives will book your tickets and confirm tickets will be provided to you.
This can be done directly to our bank account via Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer whichever is favourable for you directly to our official bank account. A copy of payment confirmation will be provided to you.

Amendment
Any alterations in the travel arrangement are never encouraged by us.  Though in unavoidable circumstances if you are demanding any alteration, then we will try our best to grasp changes. This will totally depend on accessibility and condition of that time frame. The passengers need to bear the extra cost occurring due to the changes made as per their requirement. 
Cancellation of Package: 
Our company is in deep regret for any cancellation of the trip which might have occurred due to unavoidable circumstances making you miss your much awaited holiday moments.  All our clients are requested to let us know about the cancellation in written to maintain transparency. Once we receive your cancellation request it will be in affect from that moment. However, some cancellation charges are applicable in such condition, 
•    50% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date. 
•    25% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled between 30 to 15 prior to arrival date. 
•    No refund id possible if cancellation is done within 7 days prior to arrival date. 
•    No refund for air fares is given.

Haridwar > Rishikesh > Mussoorie > Barkot

Arrival Haridwar and yatra start for reach at Barkot. We will reach destinations till evening leisure time and get rest the next day you have to start your journey and trekking early morning.

Barkot to Yamunotri and Back (34 km drive & 6 km trek one side)
Jankkichatti> Trekking> Surya Kund> Yamunotri Darshan

A brief look:

Maa Yamuna's visit to Yamunotri on this day is one of the most sacred portions of the Char Dham Yatra. After breakfast, drive to Jankichatti, which is where the 6 km climb to the temple begins. There are snow-capped slopes and lush trees all surrounding the trail, and people are chanting "Jai Maa Yamuna." On their trip, pilgrims pass by Surya Kund. People boil rice covered in linen here as "Prasad" at this holy hot spring. People pray to the goddess at the temple. She is supposed to be Yama's sister, the god of death. We'll eat breakfast in the morning and then go to Gaurikund, where the 20-kilometer journey to Kedarnath Temple starts. The road runs past Sonprayag, which is a holy spot where the rivers Mandakini and Basuki meet. This is a sign of cleanliness. Gaurikund, which is named for the goddess Parvati, is a very important legendary place. People say she prayed here to win Lord Shiva's affection. Around 4:00 AM, pilgrims wake up and take a bath to clean themselves and get ready for the sacred Abhishek Puja within the Kedarnath Temple. This is a holy practice that lets people worship Lord Shiva directly before the sun rises. The most spiritual period of the year is now, when people in the Himalayas shout "Om Namah Shivaya." After praying, travelers make their journey back down to Gaurikund along the same magnificent road that has misty mountains and breathtaking views. The walk down allows you time to ponder, be grateful, and relax. When you come to Gaurikund, stop and rest or drink some warm herbal tea. Thereafter, keep going to Sonprayag. Then, you'll drive back to either Guptkashi or Ukhimath for a brief time, depending on what you committed to. After seeing Kedarnath, everyone feels devoted, happy, and at peace on the way back.
