Once you decide to book the finest travel packages with us you need to confirm you’re booking by an advance 2100 per person of the total amount.
Once ticket booking, hotel booking and other required confirmations are done, you need to pay 50% of the package fee.
Rest 50% of the total package is to be paid through traveller’s cheque upon your arrival in India or through bank transfer for the night before you arrive.
The total airfare or train fare has to be given in advance. On receiving the booking amount our representatives will book your tickets and confirm tickets will be provided to you.
This can be done directly to our bank account via Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer whichever is favourable for you directly to our official bank account. A copy of payment confirmation will be provided to you.

Amendment
Any alterations in the travel arrangement are never encouraged by us.  Though in unavoidable circumstances if you are demanding any alteration, then we will try our best to grasp changes. This will totally depend on accessibility and condition of that time frame. The passengers need to bear the extra cost occurring due to the changes made as per their requirement. 
Cancellation of Package: 
Our company is in deep regret for any cancellation of the trip which might have occurred due to unavoidable circumstances making you miss your much awaited holiday moments.  All our clients are requested to let us know about the cancellation in written to maintain transparency. Once we receive your cancellation request it will be in affect from that moment. However, some cancellation charges are applicable in such condition, 
•    50% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date. 
•    25% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled between 30 to 15 prior to arrival date. 
•    No refund id possible if cancellation is done within 7 days prior to arrival date. 
•    No refund for air fares is given. 
•    For luxury trains like “Place on wheels” or other such ones no refund will be provided.

Haridwar - Barkot (179 km/06-07 hrs)
Haridwar > Rishikesh > Mussoorie > Barkot

Distance -199 kilometres, Travel Time 5 to 6 hours
We start our Char Dham yatra from the celestial city of Haridwar. We will start after picking you up from the Railway Station or Bus station as per your booking and travel up to Barkot. By the evening you will find yourself in Barkot. Checking in hotel and overnight stay at Barkot with Healthy dinner.

Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (34 km drive & 6 km trek one side)
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Yamunotri Darshan

Today you will visit the First Dham Yamunotri, named after River Yamuna. A trekking of 6 kilometres to yamunotri and pray in the shrine. Cook prasad in the nearby Tapt Kund. We will trek back to Barkot by the evening.  Overnight stay at Barkot.

Morning breakfast and yatra start to reach Maneri/Uttarkashi. On the way, you can visit Vishwanath Temple. Travelers will reach their destinations by evening. In leisure time, get some rest as you have to start your journey the next day to explore Gangotri temple.

After breakfast, the yatra begins its journey to the holy Gangotri Temple, which is one of the most sacred destinations in Hinduism. The trail goes through breathtaking Himalayan landscape, down winding roads adjacent to the Bhagirathi River, and via spiritual energy that runs through every curve in the mountains. You will stop in Gangnani on the route. This place is known for its hot springs, where people go to wash and get clean. Visit Harsil Valley, which is a paradise of apple orchards and pine woods that no one has ever been to. The heavenly air comes over you as you reach Gangotri.
