Process to Book Tour Packages with us

• Once you decide to book the finest travel packages with us you need to confirm you’re booking by an advance 2100 per person of the total amount.
• Once ticket booking, hotel booking and other required confirmations are done, you need to pay 50% of the package fee.
• Rest 50% of the total package is to be paid through traveller’s cheque upon your arrival in India or through bank transfer for the night before you arrive.
• The total airfare or train fare has to be given in advance. On receiving the booking amount our representatives will book your tickets and confirm tickets will be provided to you.
• This can be done directly to our bank account via Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer whichever is favourable for you directly to our official bank account. A copy of payment confirmation will be provided to you.

Amendment
Any alterations in the travel arrangement are never encouraged by us. Though in unavoidable circumstances if you are demanding any alteration, then we will try our best to grasp changes. This will totally depend on accessibility and condition of that time frame. The passengers need to bear the extra cost occurring due to the changes made as per their requirement.
Cancellation of Package: Our company is in deep regret for any cancellation of the trip which might have occurred due to unavoidable circumstances making you miss your much awaited holiday moments. All our clients are requested to let us know about the cancellation in written to maintain transparency. Once we receive your cancellation request it will be in affect from that moment. However, some cancellation charges are applicable in such condition,
• 50% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• 25% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled between 30 to 15 prior to arrival date.
• No refund id possible if cancellation is done within 7 days prior to arrival date.
• No refund for air fares is given.
• For luxury trains like “Place on wheels” or other such ones no refund will be provided.
• All the eligible refunds will be done within 7workinds days from the date of cancellation request received.
• The refund process is the same followed by the travel while paying us which might be Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer

Itinerary
Mussoorie > View Scenic Valleys of Uttarakhand
We will receive you from the Railway station or Bus station in Haridwar and start our journey for Barkot. Will on the way see Kempty Fall and Mussoorie Lake before then finally reach Barkot. Check in hotel in Barkot. Overnight stay with leisure and happening dinner.
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Yamunotri Darshan
Total distance covered; 34kilometers by drive, 6km by trek in one side
Morning breakfast to start for Yamunotri the first Dham of Char Dham yatra. We will reach Jankichatti by drive and then 6km trek to Yamunotri. Pray at Yamunotri temple and also prepare prasad in the Tapt Kund. Then trek back to Jankichatti and then drive back to Barkot hotel for nutritious dinner and uplifting sleep at night rest.
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Yamunotri Darshan
Total distance covered: 104 kilometres, Time taken: 03 hours by drive
Third day will start with a breakfast. On the way Visiting the Viswanath temple or the lord of the Universe pray there and reach Uttarkashi by the evening. Following day we will go for Gangotri.
Gangnani > Harsil Valley > Bhairav temple > Gangotri Temple
Start anew with the morning breakfast and then expedition begins towards Gangotri. Sightseeing stop at Gangani to have holy bath in Garam kund. Then we drive to Harshil Valley, an splendid natural beauty at its best. From there we go for Shree Gangotri, take holy dip here, offer puja perform prayers then we come back to Uttarkashi for overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Tehri Dam > Ardh Nareshwar Temple
On 5th day we start for GuptaKashi. Manadakini river will accompany us throughout the journey. with visit to go through Moolgarh and Lambgoan then reach Guptkashi. Overnight stay and leisure at Guptakashi.
Sonprayag > Gorikund > Trekking
Total distance covered: 30 km Time Taken: 02 hrs + 20 km trek
After a great breakfast we start our yatra for Kedarnath the next Dham in the trip. A place considered to be highly promising for Hindus and devotees feel sanctified with one visit here. After the temple darshan dive in Gouri Kunda, overnight stay at Kedarnath with self-arrangement.
Gorikund > Sonprayag > Trekking
Total distance covered: 20 km trekking +30 km time taken: trek Time taken for drive - 02 hrs
Morning wakeup for special puja and darshan at 4.45 am then have breakfast. Then trek down back to Gaurikund. Then drive back to Guptakashi for overnight stay. Night leisure for next day with healthy dinner.
Joshimath > Narsimha Temple
Total distance covered: 186 km Time Taken: 07-08 hrs drive
Early morning breakfast to start your day for Pandukeshwar. On the same day visit to Tapt kund, Bramaha Kapal, Narad Kund then travel to Pandukeshwar and overnight stay at Pandukeshwar. Check in the hotel, have great delicious dinner and take rest for the night.
Tapta Kund > Narad Kind > Bhram Kapal < Badrinath Temple Darshan
Total distance covered: 186 km Time Taken: 07-08 hrs drive
On the day we will visit the sacred Badrinath Dham. We will be back to Pandukeshwar by evening for overnight stay at Pandukehwar.
Valley Of Flower > Hemkund Lake > Hemkund Sahib Lake
Total distance covered: 13 kms Trek
We will trek up to Ghangaria on 10th day. On the way we will see valley of flowers, Hemkund lake. Overnight stay at Ghangaria.
Hemkund Sahib Kund > Hemkund Sahib Lake
Total distance covered: 6 kms Trek One side
On 11th day we will visit Hemkund Sahib, a serene shrine dedicated to Guru Gobind Singh. A place for deep meditation. We will pray and then come back to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.
Vishnuprayag > Karanprayag > Dhari Mata Temple
Total distance covered:164 kms time taken: /6 To 7hrs and - 13 kms by Trek
On 12th day we will drive till Srinagar. On the way sightseeing Vishnuprayag and Karan Prayag the great river confluences. Other than this we will also visit Dhari Mata temple. By evening reach Srinagar. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Ram Jhula > Laxman Jhula
Total distance covered: 139 kilometres, time taken 4 to 5 hours.
On 13th day we will come back to from where all it started, Haridwar. On the way we will visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. By the evening, we will reach Haridwar and there we will drop you at your desired location be it railway station or bus station.
