Refund Policy
Kausalya Trip India offers a fair refund policy that takes into account both the costs of running the business and the needs of travelers. You will get half of your deposit back if you cancel 30 days before you arrive. If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days before it starts, you'll get back 25% of the money you paid in advance. If you cancel less than a week before your arrival, you won't get a refund because your reservations would have been made. n is not refundable under any circumstances because it is needed to hold the first reservations. We refund the passenger's money in the same manner as they paid for their trip. The company makes everything clear and simple. Customers don't have to wait long to receive their money back; they get it back within a week of getting the cancellation confirmation. But remember that you can't get a refund for tickets to flights, trains, the Palace on Wheels, or other luxury trains because their cancellation policies are so severe. If you cancel at the last minute because of a natural calamity, a traffic jam, or something else that the operator can't handle, you won't get a refund either. These rules ensure equitable treatment for all participants and a seamless pilgrimage experience. Travelers should prepare carefully and double-check their dates before making a reservation. This will help them get the most out of their trip and their spiritual journey.
Cancellation Timeline:
● If you cancel more than 30 days before you leave, you will get half of your deposit back.
● 25% of the deposit will be refunded 15–30 days before travel.
● There will be no refund if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before travel.
Non-Refundable Items:
Flights, trains, or luxury trains that you reserve in advance are not refundable.
Natural Contingencies:
If you have to cancel because of bad weather, a natural disaster, or a traffic bottleneck, you won't get a refund.
Refund Process:
Within seven days after confirmation, refunds are made using the same payment method. This makes things clear and quick for pilgrims.

Arrival New Delhi and journey start for Haridwar. Check in hotel in Haridwar, get rest leisure time and at evening visit Har Ki Pauri and enjoy Ganga Arti.
Overnight stay in Haridwar hotel.
Haridwar > Rishikesh > Mussoorie > Barkot
Distance -199 kilometres, Travel Time 5 to 6 hours
Our Chardham Yatra with Kainchi Dham will start from Devotional City of Haridwar. The city that truly transforms one with devotion. The journey up to Barkot will be till evening. Chek into the hotel and overnight stay with comfort for getting ready for the next days journey.
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Yamunotri Darshan
Drive- 100 kilometres round trip, Trek: 12 km (round trip)
On the third day you will go for the first Dham Yamunotri the Char Dham yatra circuit will start for you. You will have to trek for around 6 kilometres to reach Yamunnotri. You will pray in the shrine dedicated to Yamuna Devi and the Pavitra Shila as also cook prasad in the Tapt Kund the natural Hot Spring. Then will come back to Barkot and overnight stay at Barkot.
Shiv Gufa > Vishwanath Temple > Shopping
Total distance covered: 100 kilometres, Time Taken: 4 hours
After strong breakfast to start the journey starts for Uttarkashi the mystical town in Garhwal Himalaya on the banks of river Bhagirathi. Rest and leisure in the comfort of the hotel for that day. On the way exploration of Viswanath temple along with Shiv Gufa. Have dinner and end the day with satisfying sleep.
Gangnani > Harsil Valley > Bhairav temple > Gangotri Temple

With a nourishing and interesting breakfast, we will restart our journey to Gangotri, one of the foremost pilgrimage termini containing the origin of the Holy River Ganga, Called Bhagirathi here. You will visit Gangotri Temple here as also will reconnoitre the flora and fauna of Himalayas the raw natural beauty. will be back to the hotel of Gangotri by evening, have healthy dinner and take rest to start trip over tomorrow.
Tehri Dam > Ardh Nareshwar Temple
Total distance covered: 214 kilometres, Time taken: 07 - 08 hours’ drive
Now we will start after the abode of lord Shiv, divine Kedarnath. The drive will be up to Guptakashi. By the evening, we will reach Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi for a stimulating for the next day’s voyage.
Sonprayag > Gorikund > Trekking
Total distance covered: 30 kilometres Time taken: 02 hrs drive then 20 kms trekking
We will start first morning from Guptakashi. Then reach Sitapur after a drive of 2 hours. Then jerk our trekking for the divine Kedarnath. Overnight sojourn at Kedarnath. After dinner we propose you to sleep early as next day you need to wake up early.
Gorikund > Sonprayag > Ardhnareshwar Temple
Total distance covered: 20 kms trek then 30 kms drive time taken for drive: 02 hrs
We need to wake up at 4.45 am for morning Dashan and plea. This is the time when we will be able to touch the idol. We will then drive back to Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi have facilitation and stay for soothing sleep and encouraging warmth.
Joshimath > Narshima Temple
Total Distance Covered: 186 kilometres Time Taken: 06 - 07 hours’ drive
The day will start for the last Dham of the yatra. The journey will take 6 to 7 hours. We will reach Badrinath by the twilight. Overnight stay at Badrinath. The next day we will drive for the Darshan. On the way we will cover Joshimath and Narshima shrine.
Badrinath Temple > Tapt Kund > Brahmakapal > Mana Village > Vishnuprayag > Karanprayag > Dhari Devi Temple

We will jump our day with a visit and plea at the Badrinath Temple the abode of Lord Vishu. The trip to the world Bishu is calm silent and content and the aura that your intake is pure happy and flourishing. From here we will drive till Srinagar. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Karanprayag > Ranikhet

After breakfast start for the Himalayan city of Nainital. The journey will take you to sightseeing Karanprayag and Ranikhet. Night stay at Nainital.
Kainchi Dham

We will today drive till Neem Karoli Baba Ashram for Kainchi Dham. This is a journey to the world of peace. Then drive till from where it all started, Haridwar. We will drop you at Railway Station or Bus station as per your booking.
Ganga Arti Darshan
Morning breakfast and proceed your journey to Delhi. Now end your spiritual yatra package. The driver will drop you at your preferred locations, whether it be the airport or railway station.
