· Rest 50% of the total package is to be paid through traveller’s cheque upon your arrival in India or through bank transfer for the night before you arrive.
· The total airfare or train fare has to be given in advance. On receiving the booking amount our representatives will book your tickets and confirm tickets will be provided to you.
· This can be done directly to our bank account via Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer whichever is favourable for you directly to our official bank account. A copy of payment confirmation will be provided to you.

Amendment
Any alterations in the travel arrangement are never encouraged by us. Though in unavoidable circumstances if you are demanding any alteration, then we will try our best to grasp changes. This will totally depend on accessibility and condition of that time frame. The passengers need to bear the extra cost occurring due to the changes made as per their requirement.
Cancellation of Package:
Our company is in deep regret for any cancellation of the trip which might have occurred due to unavoidable circumstances making you miss your much awaited holiday moments. All our clients are requested to let us know about the cancellation in written to maintain transparency. Once we receive your cancellation request it will be in affect from that moment. However, some cancellation charges are applicable in such condition,
· 50% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date.
· 25% of the advance payment received will be refunded back to you if the package is cancelled between 30 to 15 prior to arrival date.
· No refund id possible if cancellation is done within 7 days prior to arrival date.
· No refund for air fares is given.
· For luxury trains like “Place on wheels” or other such ones no refund will be provided.
· All the eligible refunds will be done within 7workinds days from the date of cancellation request received.
· The refund process is the same followed by the travel while paying us which might be Master Card, Visa Card or Telegraphic Transfer

Itinerary
Haridwar > Rishikesh > Mussoorie > Barkot
After your Arrival Haridwar your journey will start for Barkot. We will journey through Himalayas and reach Barkot by evening. Overnight stay at Barkot and you will be waking up refreshed for trekking early morning.
Jankkichatti > Trekking > Surya Kund > Yamunotri Darshan
Total distance: 34 kilometres drive & 6 Kilometres trek one side.
With a nourishing breakfast we will start out day and trek to Yamunotri temple. On the path you will be able to enjoy the phoolchatti/ Jankichatti. You will be able to enjoy the hot spring or Tapt Kund. After your prayers and Yamunotri we trek back to Barkot and overnight stay at Barkot.
Shiv Gufa > Vishwanath Temple > Shopping
After a fulfilling morning breakfast, you will be driving for Uttarkashi on the way you will be visiting the Viswanath temple. By the evening you will be able to reach your destination. You will be getting rest for the day with some leisure time we end the day. A seamless sleep will make you ready for the day. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Gangnani > Harsil Valley > Bhairav temple > Gangotri Temple
After a night full rest, we are now ready to visit the second dham, Gangotri with full energy after a compelling breakfast. The incredible Gangotri is waiting for you to pray in the temple and enjoy the chanting of mantra in the sets of the beautiful Himalayas. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Ganga River > Chirbasa Trek > Bhojbasa Trek
We will start early in the morning after a fulfilling breakfast and start our journey to reach Gangotri temple from where we will start out trekking journey. The meadows of Himalayas will uncover in front of you. We will end the day in Ashram with heart felt and healthy dinner.
Gaumukh Trek > Tapovan Trek
A journey to the land where it all started, Gaumukh, the place where Bhagirathi started its journey. A complete trek of 2 to 3 hours covering 4 kms. Will rest in Gaumukh and then start again for Tapovan a trek of 5km to reach abode of Shanti or peace Tapovan. Then trek back to Bhojbasa.
Bhojbasa > Chirbasa > Ganga River
Total distance covered: 14 kilometres from Bhojbasa to Gangotri 8 to 9 hours trek, Gangotri to Uttarkashi drive for 02hours covering 84 kilometres.
After breakfast will trek down to the Gangotri with downhill journey of 14 kilometres trek. From Gangotri you will be taken to Uttarkshi covering 84 kilometres driving. While coming back you will enjoy the scenic beauty and bid good buy to the places that you visited and heart melted with peace and serenity.
Devprayag > Ram Jhula > Laxman Jhula > Ganga Arti
Early morning breakfast to refresh you up for the return journey to Haridwar. On the way sightseeing Ramjhula, Devprayag, Laxman Jhula. Reach Haridwar and visit the Ganga Arti before we bid you final good bye at Railway station or Bus station.
