Same Valley > Hanuman Temple > Siliserh Lake > Hiking > Boat Ride
Panadol is located 21 km from the main entrance of Sariska Tiger Reserve (Sariska Gate). It features a remarkable 6 x 4.5 meter hole at a height of 91 meters. According to myth, this gate—situated on a mound—was built by Bhim of the Mahabharata, who used his gada (mace) to carve the hole in order to collect water. In the same valley, just 0.5 km before Pandupole, lies the Sleeping Lord Hanuman Temple. Mythology suggests that Lord Hanuman humbled Bhim’s boastful nature here and blessed him.
Not far from Alwar, Siliserh Lake, located 13 km from the city, is a haven for wildlife. The lake supports abundant fish and aquatic vegetation, providing nourishment for various bird species. It is also home to one of the largest crocodile populations in the region. The lake’s rich biodiversity, including ungulates, reptiles, birds, butterflies, and dragonflies, is truly fascinating. The surrounding gorges, plateaus, and shaded landscapes offer perfect settings for hiking and boat rides, making it a paradise for nature lovers. Then carry your luggage and check out from the hotel. Make a timely transfer to Jaipur Airport or Railway Station. Return home with golden memories
